I had the most incredible experience with the Ayurvedic therapies at Manaltheeram. Each treatment lasted at least 2 hours, and I always had the same therapist, which helped build a wonderful connection. My therapists, Ancy, Thyagu, and Arun, were exceptional, truly making my treatments both therapeutic and relaxing. The doctors carefully monitored my progress and adjusted treatments as needed. I felt immersed in holistic wellbeing each day.

The dining experience at Manaltheeram was delightful! Every meal was prepared with fresh, wholesome ingredients tailored to my dosha. I particularly enjoyed the Paneer Makhan and Bhindi Masala, which were bursting with flavor. The abundance of fresh juices was a highlight as well. The restaurant staff was always accommodating and attentive to my dietary needs, which further enhanced my experience!

Staying in the charming cottages at Manaltheeram was a true joy. They were beautifully designed, very clean, and provided a cozy atmosphere perfect for unwinding. I loved waking up to the sound of waves crashing, and the sea breeze kept the rooms cool without the need for air conditioning. The wildlife around the area, including birds and flowers, created such an enchanting setting for relaxation.

The yoga sessions offered at Manaltheeram were incredibly uplifting! Led by Vijay, our yoga master, each class was infused with humor and joy, which made them enjoyable for participants of all levels. I loved practicing in such a scenic spot overlooking the ocean. I participated in both the beginner and intermediate classes, and the daily meditation sessions helped round out my wellness routine beautifully.
